RETURN TO ONSITE LEARNING (09.09.2020)

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am writing to advise you of the latest information regarding a return to onsite learning following the Premier’s announcement of a “Roadmap to Reopening” on Sunday.

As a school community, I am sure that we are all excited to be returning to onsite learning from Week 2 of Term 4. The timelines for the return of students are below:

From October 5th to October 9th (first week of Term 4)
Remote and flexible learning will continue for all students. The current onsite supervision arrangements will remain in place for eligible students.

From October 12th -October 16th (second week of Term 4)
All students (from Foundation to Year 6) will return to full-time on-site schooling by Friday 16th  October. Schools can stagger the return of different year levels as appropriate during this week. We are currently working with other government schools across our network to ensure a consistent return to school timeline. We will confirm the return to school date for each year level by early next week. We will also provide you with any revised guidelines for how our school will function in Term 4 as soon as they are made available to us by the Department of Education.

Our staff are eagerly awaiting the return of our students and we look forward to working with you to support your child’s return to onsite learning. As always, if you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Kind regards,

Neil O'Sullivan
